• Within 14 days of receiving your custom fragrance, we'll work with you to adjust the formulation until it's exactly right.

• Simply reach out to our fragrance team with specific feedback about what isn't working for you.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

• Each fragrance is uniquely crafted for you using pristine ingredients.

• For safety and quality reasons, we cannot resell or reuse custom fragrances.

1. Bring your product back to the studio or email us at info@expressivearomas within 14 days of receiving your fragrance
